The McQueen 2012 Men's collection consists of several on-going trends. The mix of simple blacks and whites seems to be a main color palette along with accenting primaries--in this case, blues and reds.Other bold palettes consist of the burn orange (trouser), firery red (blazer), and the mustard (blazer).
Pants/trousers have the drop-crotch trend.

ReplyDeleteThe dramatic shoulder pads and scrunched sleeves of this vibrant red suede blazer is a 1980's Miami Vice innovation matched with the 2012 shrunken trend. McQueen did an amazing job at pairing this stiff suede suit with the fluidity of a drop-crutch satin silk trouser. (Keyana J. Corley)
