Liz Carey, ex-wife of Oasis drummer Alan White and founder of Bird handbags, has filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Juicy Couture for its upscale Bird line, reports Fashion Week Daily.

I hope Liz Carey wins this lawsuit. I agree with her she is a small boutique and she had the name since 2006 and Juicy Couture launched their line in August of 2009, they should just let it go and re-group they can afford it. Isn't it ironic, Liz vs. Liz, the power house and the new chic (Bird) on the scene. I will follow this story to see the out come.
