3D Isn't Just For the Movies -Courtney Crowley

3D printing for clothing and accessories has become very popular throughout Belgian designers.  We saw the different stages Iris Van Herpen went through to create her 3D dress.  It takes a lot of work and patience but the end result was like nothing we have ever seen before in fashion.  Technology has gotten so advanced and designers are starting to take advantage of this.

  1. Wow these dresses are breathtaking, especially the one in the middle. It almost looks like tangled snakes; which is really cool. I also love Iris Van Herpen and her unique designs. This is definitely giving us some surreal fashion! Asia Woods
