No money to go on vacation?  Designers in Holland say you don't need it.  They are using patterns in their clothing to make you feel like you are on a tropical island somewhere.  More and more designers all over the world are picking up on this trend.  Will we start purchasing this or is it still to busy and out there for us in the USA?
