Haute Macabre is a blog that is dedicated to high fashion with an extremely artistic and non-conventional twist. It showcases clothing, fashion photography, designers, and accessories with a Gothic taste. Most of the fashions shown are a little extreme and definitely different, But some of the work is so outstandingly beautiful, I'm sure even the most simple cut-and-dry designers can find something they like. People tend to hear the word "Gothic" and misinterpret it for the silly Hot Topic goth-like trends we all hate to remember from high school. This is what is to be considered true gothic, with a simple, muted color palate, sharp style and hemlines, daring and unique designs, and that edgy, just a little dark, and really pop.
