Tom has done it again. He tastefully delivers trend driven looks, with personality, sexuality, and power. His spring ready to wear collection gives a clear eye view as to why we drool over his collections each season. Never have I wanted to wear leather so badly in the spring, it's the TOM EFFECT! He dished up well tailored looks with great detail. The leather looks gave off architectural design with geometric shapes. A lot of cinching at the natural waist line, jackets with broad shoulders mini skirts and dresses that we don't feel guilty about, and dresses with heavy pop art detailing that remind you of graffiti (with elegance). The colors reflected a neutral palette, whites, blacks, and pops of coral. The high waist-ed boot is non-forgiving with beauty. Whether you wear them or just leave them in your closet...they make you smile. A lot of sheer looks walked down the runway, as well as textured looks where it almost looked as if glass was hugging the body. The dresses were almost like super hero costumes, for women. They make you feel like they hold power. I even saw fur with sheer paneling done down the center. Everything was done gracefully. It's sexy, but instead of slutty it screams POWER. These pieces made these women look confident, they are the women that you stare at in awe, and wonder how they pulled that off. Yes. Yes. Yes to this collection. Signing off.
