As we saw in class, the latest trend in designer and sportswear/street wear is word graphics on the garment. This has become popular even among high designers such as Alexander Wang, Dior and Louis Vuitton. This idea is taken from the trickle up theory. People have been wearing shirts and different clothing as long as I can remember with different words and slogans on them. The designers are now adapting to this idea and creating high end pieces with word graphics. Do we think this is hit or miss??
